Chocolate Experiences

Introducing our “on-site” Chocolate Workshops

Our chocolate workshops take you on a sensory journey to discover the origins of chocolate. The journey starts as participants smell the sweet aroma of melted chocolate as they enter our “Chocolate kitchen”. As the taste-buds tingle our chocolatier begins to share the origins of chocolate, from its origins in Central America to what we know as chocolate today. Along the way participants will see and hold a real cocoa pod, taste the dried roasted cocoa nibs and feel cocoa butter on their skin…

Following a short demonstration, the real fun begins as participants make their own moulded chocolate, and then experiment by piping their own chocolate designs. Allowing a short while for the chocolate to set – participants are encouraged to ask questions, and then once the chocolate is ready it will be packaged in boxes or ribbon tied bags, ready to take away.
